Integrated Port Time Optimization (IPT) is the integrated and synergistic execution of every activity in the Pertamina Group cargo supply chain carried out via sea transportation, covering the planning stage, shipping execution, and port management, as well as IPT reporting, so that its implementation is safe, reliable, effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable in achieving the optimal IPT outlined in the Pertamina Standard.

This Logistics Handbook Series IPT Optimization is a knowledge asset that needs to be studied, understood, and practiced to reduce waiting time that impacts the realization of IPT achievements from upstream to downstream.
